Just got back from the supermarket for our noche buena food and traffic was jammed, grabe. And I thought I was early already. Seems like people are really in a holiday rush. I was telling Sophia, the yaya and the driver on the way home that we are never going out again until chritsmas is over. I mean it. Kaka-high blood. Simply getting my hand on one leg of the ever famous and oh so yummy “majestic ham” was a struggle. Ibang klase, I swear.
On a brighter note, our friend, Joni is joining Jon, Sophia and I for noche buena. Here’s what I’m planning to cook: ( yes, I’ll do the cooking, nobody else. it’s christmas eh

*angus beef steak
*shrimps with lemon butter sauce
*roast chicken
*mashed potaoes
*buttered corn and carrots
*spaghetti or fetuccini
*bbq
*mango royale for dessert
*and yes, ofcourse, majestic ham
Ok na kaya? You see, it’ll be my first time to cook for noche buena. My MIL usually just brings over the noceh buena food in the house for the past two years but this year she’s somewhere in Florida, USA hehe. So, no choice :p
