I am craving for Tony Roma’s Ribs!!!!!
Oh please, please, please…. I hope the husband takes me there for dinner tonight. On a second thought, I will make him to whether he likes it or not!
I wonder if this recipe I saw at http://www.bigoven.com/ will be as good.
Tony Roma’s Ribs Ingredients
| RIB RUB | 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
| 1 cup brown sugar | 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/2 cup paprika | 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
| 2 1/2 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground | 2 racks baby back ribs or spare ribs |
| 2 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt | Tony Roma’s Blue Ridge Smokies BBQ Sauce see recipe |
Instructions for Tony Roma’s Ribs
Combine the 7 rub ingredients in a bowl and mix well. The night before
ribs are to be served, coat both sides well and place ribs in a zip
lock bag in refrigerator.
Remove ribs at least 7 hours before they are to be served and once
again, coat well with seasoning.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Place ribs fat side up in a shallow foil lined
baking pan and bake for 5 hours.
After 5 hours, spread BBQ sauce on both sides and continue to bake.
Add additional sauce after anoher 30 minutes.
Ribs should be tender at 6 hours.
