The quick weight loss tips I got from a friend seemed working for me as I managed to shed off some 7 pounds but then Pepper Lunch happened.
I gained the 7 pounds all back in one eating as I finished these two servings / orders by myself! I ate like a pig! Seriously. Pepper Lunch Alabang recently opened and its such a big big temptation for me even if my daughter despises the food that resulted to my embarassing encounter with the owner, LOL.
