during Mateo’s 1st birthday party at Blue Leaf was by Josiah’s catering. Very yummy! Everybody complimented how delicious everything was and I must agree. I’m a very satisfied client and would love to get them again on our next party. When that is, I have no idea. But surely, will get them again!
We had russian potato salad and vegetable salad for appetizer, for the main entree – roast beef, chicken teriyaki, pan seared fillet with lemon butter sauce and garlic, vegetable creole, pasta – beef lasagna and for desert we had a fruit crepe bar.
They also prepared buffet for the kids and they served baked spaghetti, chicken lollipop, mini burgers and cupcakes.
Everything was really delicious. They are one of my favorite caterers now. In fact, I have been recommending them to friends particularly to my neighbor who has been talking me into a life insurance lead for some time now.
