Jon’s friends are driving to Cam Sur for the holy week. They’ll be dropping by the house tonight for dinner before embarking on a long drive so now I am busy coming up with a menu on what to serve. I was supposed to be doing this this morning as soon as the husband told me but I was busy looking at pet beds for my daughter’s chihuahua. Tsk tsk. Anyway, I’m thinking of serving our all time fave Korean Beef Stew (again!), home style fried chicken, crispy binagoongan and inihaw na bangus. What do you think? Will these suffice? I hope!
