Okay, I have been reading up on diets for quick weight loss but recently I haven’t been applying what I’ve been learning. Certainly, its harder than it looks especially if I always get invited to lunches and dinner. I manage to stay away from rice though but be the judge if what I eat is just right or over the top. Here are the three plates I had during our Eskolta (Manila Peninsula) buffet dinner.
First plate – Tuna and Salmon Sashimi Overload
Second plate – Roast Beef with the yummiest potato dish ever (I forgot the name but it was a little sweet) and red snapper
Third plate – second serving of the potato dish, vermicelli, chicken karage, creme brulee and triple chocolate cake
