Anyway, lunch was yummy but expensive. I can already buy one Longchamp bag with the bill we payed. No regrets however, we love Antonio’s and we keep coming back. Here’s what we have.

We were so full after that we decided to walk around the mall first before heading home. Was able to buy Sophia some stuff while strolling while the little boy was fast asleep on his stroller. Jon on the other hand was being sales-talked into getting another life insurance policy from one of the exhibitors in the mall. To no luck of course, we have no budget for that right now. Next time maybe.

On the way home, we passed by Pancake House so we decided to have our late lunch there. Ordering was quick and food was so-so. Here’s what we had.

I did not get to finish my steak but no worries, the husband to the rescue. And even before I finish talking on the phone with my cousin who was asking for help on miami hotels recommendations (as if I’ve been there), he was done!Now, who’s on a diet????

Salpicao was equally good.

The place was packed when we were there last Thursday. Yes, a weekday. The resto was filled with workers I guess from nearby factories and offices as they wore office attires and I overheard the girls from the other table talking about their Admin Jobs. Now I wonder how the place is during weekends. I bet, riot.

Food was yummy in this branch unlike my last Conti’s experience at their Greenhills branch. Will definitely be back.

Watched a movie after – The Proposal and it was a fun fun movie! A must watch! I can’t stop laughing. The guy in there was hot too!!! Wootwoot!

I gained the 7 pounds all back in one eating as I finished these two servings / orders by myself! I ate like a pig! Seriously.  Pepper Lunch Alabang recently opened and its such a big big temptation for me even if my daughter despises the food that resulted to my embarassing encounter with the owner, LOL. Oh please help me gawd. I cannot eat at this resto all the time! Unless I want to be 20 pounds heavier in like a month!

Anyway, we left the house early because we were anticipating the heavy traffic at the ongoing skyway project but surprisingly, traffic was very moderate so we got to Macapagal Avenue an hour early for the Jollibee party.  We were hungry though so we decided to have lunch already. We went around Blue Wave looking for a place to eat and we ended up eating at Kimono Ken. I wasn’t familiar with the resto and so was Jon but we wanted to try as they had a good number of diners compared to the other Japanese restos in the place which we personally tried a couple of times.  And boy was it worth it! The food was extra yummy!!! And the price was very  affordable (to my surprise) considering the quality of their food. Its a must try! I don’t know if they have other branches other than the one in Blue Wave though. Their Shake Sashimi was sooo fresh. It reminds me of the Salmon Sashimi Jon and I would eat every single day everytime we are in HK.

I’m so happy that I got to eat and satisfy my taste buds but at the same time ate healthy food!  No worries with my ongoing diet, haha. After all, I’ve already invested so much into my goal to lose weight. Aside from trying out all kinds of diet pills and nonstop reading of reviews specifically the phenphedrine review, I might as well really take it seriously. Losing weight that is. Goodluck to me!

Beef Noodle Soup on paper at Sakae Sushi.  Yummy. A must try when you visit this restaurant chain based in Singapore serving Japanese cuisine, and is the flagship brand of Apex-Pal International Ltd. Aimed at the low- to mid-level pricing market, it offers sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, yakimono, nabemono, tempura, agemono, ramen, udon, soba and donburi served either à la carte or via a sushi conveyor belt.

The chain has 32 outlets in Singapore, 15 of which are in the suburban areas. Its first outlet was opened in Raffles Place in September 1997, and is currently the largest kaiten-zushi Japanese restaurant chain in the country. It also has seven outlets in Malaysia, one in Thailand, six in the People’s Republic of China, two in the Philippines and four in Indonesia. It also offers office- or home-delivery service in Singapore.

Now I badly need to be serious with my diet and read Colonix review online before its too late.

Xandra is back in Singapore as I post this but I’m sure we’ll see each other again soon. If only we could go the The Great Singapore Sale starting next month I would love to buy a Samsonite luggage for half the price as Xandra did …. (wish wish!)
