I’m so happy that I got to eat and satisfy my taste buds but at the same time ate healthy food! No worries with my ongoing diet, haha. After all, I’ve already invested so much into my goal to lose weight. Aside from trying out all kinds of diet pills and nonstop reading of reviews specifically the phenphedrine review, I might as well really take it seriously. Losing weight that is. Goodluck to me!

I have never been into cooking when I was still single. I could even say that I hated it (cooking) actually but right after I got married, I suddenly wanted to learn how to cook. A complete turn around I know. So on my own, I tried cooking. I relied on recipes I either got from the net, from magazines and from the cooking books I bought. I am no good cook but as per my husband, I am.

Whenever we dine out, I always get fascinated with how the chefs whip out delicious meals and come up with a very nice presentation of the food too (see photo below). Now I’d want to be a chef myself, haha. Do you think I’d excel if ever? My husband believes I would as much as he believes that I would also excel if I have a sales career instead of just being a stay at home mom. I almost always gets to convince him on anything daw kasi, hahahaha.

Yummy! I like mine with goose liver You just have to pay extra 400php (I think) for the liver. Gosh, its heavenly! So worthit. Our friends are not much fan of goose liver though so they want theirs plain. Still delicious of course as everything is freshly picked from Antonio’s garden, I believe.

To those who haven’t tried Antonio’s, you definitely should. Its one dining experience you shouldn’t miss.

A tip – call for reservation. They are always full on weekends. The last time we were there, there was a Baptism lunch reception which now reminds me … I loved the very classy balloon set up they had. I am keeping the idea now which adds up to my 1st birthday party ideas for Mateo’s birthday this November.

This is what I have been craving for lately. Chicken Wakadori Salad from UCC. Hay, sarap!

Pardon the pic, it doesn’t do justice to how good this salad is. Super yummy! For days now, I make my driver drive all the way to Westgate in Alabang to order me a take out of this yummy treat!

How did you spend your Easter Sunday?

Ours?

Definitely with good food.

We went to Robinson’s Place Residence (above Rob Place) to meet with my in-laws. We then had lunch at the Shabu-Shabu Resto in Midtown Wing. I was finally able to taste Crepes and Cream for dessert after how Peachy and Abie were raving about it. For P95, it was sulit. I made Sophia take a nap after in the condo while Jon went to Cartimar to buy dog food with a friend. He has a new labrador by the way – show quality which spells expensive! Hay, thats another story by itself. On to my kwento, while the little girl was napping, I had time to go around and window shop. The Midtown Wing is promising but most stores are not yet operational.

By 5pm, we were off to Zucchini’s for a good dinner. Was able to take some pics using my cellphone. Take a look.

I had Ceasar Salad and King Prawns while Jon had Rib Eye Steak. Food was superb. You must try them! Their chocolate cake ice cream was to die for! I wasn’t able to take a pic of it though. Inaasar ako ni Jon eh, hehe
